Moving home can be a difficult and stressful time. We would like to make your move as comfortable as possible and we hope that this website works.

This website should hopefully contain all information you need when moving into your Spirita property. We have included information on our responsibilities to you, what to do if things go wrong, your individual contracts and, of course, how to contact us at Spirita.

There is also some local information to help you settle into your new community. This includes important numbers (doctors, council, etc.) as well as useful information to help you find your way around, such as leisure facilities and recycling centres.

The information applies to both rent-paying tenants and leaseholders with a service charge. Where there are exceptions, these have been highlighted.
