Our properties range from purpose built studio apartments and bungalows to two bedroom flats. Depending on the property, you could be moving in within a month of applying for a new home.

We currently have purpose-built properties in Nottinghamshire (including Rushcliffe), Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and Leicestershire.

Each of our homes and schemes are unique, offering a range of different options to best suit you. Many of our schemes have 24 hour assistance from scheme managers or intercom alarm systems. Most of our unfurnished accommodation has communal facilities like social rooms and laundry rooms. Some schemes allow pets, and have rooms where guests can stay.

Many of our sheltered schemes offer a calendar of social activities like bingo, fitness sessions and coffee mornings. Many properties have communal gardens and some have private gardens, and the vast majority of our accommodation has excellent transport with local shops nearby.
