Our Assisted properties provide extra support to people having some vulnerability who prefer to know help is close by if it’s needed. A Scheme Manager is linked to these properties to provide security and reassurance for you and your relatives. In addition, some Assisted schemes provide 24 hour access to care staff.

Assisted accommodation is primarily, but not exclusively, for those over 60.

All Spirita Retirement Living properties are low maintenance, secure and easy to look after.
