Planned maintenance involves maintenance or improvements to your home identified from surveys that are then planned into a schedule. This includes things such as boiler replacements, window, bathroom, kitchen, and door replacements.
Cyclical maintenance involves maintenance that will happen more than once, for example annual gas servicing would be included in our cyclical programme as it happens every year.
When your home is due for improvements to be carried out, we will send you a letter to let you know:
Currently we are re-tendering for the cyclical maintenance services we provide, which we do every year to make sure that you and we are getting the best value for money. Spirita pays the cost of planned and cyclical maintenance as your landlord; therefore there is no cost to residents for these services.
If you have received a notification of replacement or renewal works due to take place in your home, please make sure you contact us to book in any survey works prior to the works commencing. Without this your work may be delayed.
For kitchen and bathroom refurbishment please book in with our Customer Services Centre on 0115 988 7100 or 0845 045 1140.
For external door and window refurbishment please contact our contractor Apollo Property Services on 0115 934 1864 to arrange a survey.
If you have received notification that your boiler will be replaced, your roof refurbished or soffits and fascias installed, please call Apollo on the number above.
