We all know that home is an important place.
We want to make sure that your home is somewhere you can feel safe and secure, and live comfortably and independently. We aim to do this by carrying out regular safety checks and planned improvement works.
We are also able to make adaptations to your home if required, ranging from grab rails to level access showers, so that you can continue to live on your own without, or with limited assistance, from others.
Finally, we are committed to ensuring the neighbourhood you live in is a pleasant one. We take all reports of anti-social behaviour seriously and take action where necessary.

Gas servicing and safety
If you are a tenant and your home has a gas appliance, we will appoint a Gas Safe registered engineer to visit you once a year.
This is a legal requirement.
