If you are experiencing anti-social behaviour or harassment, please contact Customer Services on 0845 601 5042 or report it ONLINE. You can also report ASB in person or by writing to us.
You should contact the police and/or other emergency services by dialling 999 if someone is injured, being threatened or in danger.
We take all reports of ASB seriously. When you report an incident you will be asked a series of questions to help us assess the problem.
We may ask you to fill in an Incident Diary to record re-occurring incidents of ASB or harassment. Download Incident Diary
Depending on the case, we may then carry out a further investigation and take any necessary action to resolve the situation. All cases are recorded.
The response times depend on the severity of the incident reported.
