Ending your tenancy
Your tenancy agreement will tell you how much notice you need to give us when you want to end your tenancy.
As a guide, all assured and secure tenants (the majority of Spirita tenants) must give four weeks’ notice in writing.
To end your tenancy you need to complete a termination notice.
