To buy a home from us you first need to register with EMHomebuy.

EMHomebuy are the HomeBuy agent for Derbyshire, Leicestershire (except Rutland) and Nottinghamshire. They will register your interest, assess your eligibility and provide details of affordable home ownership schemes in your area – including schemes developed by us.

New Build HomeBuy
This is your chance to buy a share in a brand new or refurbished home from us. You pay a mortgage on the part you own and a subsidised rent on the part you don't own. You can buy more shares until you own your home outright or you can choose to stay as you are.
