Paying your support charge

A support charge is a care supplement or Assisted Living Premium which is payable by tenants who live at our Assisted Living schemes, Woodvale and Glenstone Court.

These charges are related to enhanced services, including the care services available in these schemes only. They are completely separate to the support charge as seen in your rent.

You can pay the charge using a Paypal swipe card or by standing order. Please do not use any payment cards, standing orders or direct debits that have been issued for the rent account to pay any other charges.
