If you are a Hallmark resident, you will remember that early last year we consulted with you about the transfer of management of your home from Hallmark to Spirita.
Now that this transfer is complete, we would like to simplify our current structure still further.
We are now proposing to merge Hallmark into Spirita so that we can remove some of the ‘red tape’ that exists at the moment.

From now on Spirita will be offering an audio version of Newspirit, so that people with sight difficulties can now choose between a larger print size copy and an audio copy of the newsletter on CD.
We will also be giving a ‘library copy’ to each of our sheltered schemes to make the audio version as accessible as possible.

Rushcliffe, Broxtowe and Gedling Borough Councils are planning to introduce a new way of allocating social housing this Autumn, called Choice Based Lettings. Currently Spirita allocates accommodation in these areas via a housing register and Local Authority Nominations.
