Repairs
Every so often repairs may need to be made to your home and/or the immediate surrounding area.
Some repairs will be your responsibility and some will be ours. See full list of repair responsibilities.
Emergency repairs include things like gas leaks, total loss of power and burst water pipes, and should be reported by calling our 24 hour repair line on 0845 045 1140. More information on emergencies
Emergency repairs should not be reported online.
All other repairs can be reported ONLINE
Leaseholder insurance claims

Gas servicing and safety
If you are a tenant and your home has a gas appliance, we will appoint a Gas Safe registered engineer to visit you once a year.
This is a legal requirement.
