My home

We all know that home is an important place.

We want to make sure that your home is somewhere you can feel safe and secure, and live comfortably and independently.

As a leaseholder, we strongly advise that you arrange for safety checks to your own property. These need to be carried out by a qualified person.

We will conduct major repairs and planned improvement works to your home, dependent on your lease. Routine repairs to the inside of your home are generally your responsibility, and if we manage your home, those to the exterior are ours. See our repairs section for a full list of responsibilities, response times and the different ways you can report a repair.

Finally, we are committed to ensuring the neighbourhood you live in is a pleasant one. We take all reports of anti-social behaviour seriously and will take action where necessary.

If you have any questions, let us know – we are always happy to help.

If you are a tenant and your home has a gas appliance, we will appoint a Gas Safe registered engineer to visit you once a year.

This is a legal requirement.
