Improvements to shared spaces
Improvements will not be carried out to any shared areas of the property unless all residents agree or we are permitted to do so by the lease.
If the work costs more than 250 per person, all leaseholders will be consulted and provided with three estimates for the planned work. As a leaseholder you would have 30 days to register any comments on the work. We have a duty to have due regard to and respond to any observations you make.
