Home Improvement Agency

Our Home Improvement Agency Service is dedicated to helping older people, younger disabled people or low-income households do just that.

It provides real help, support and assistance to people who need help with building repairs, improvements, and adaptations. It offers practical help, advice and assistance to elderly homeowners who sometimes find keeping their homes in a suitable condition a burden. We help people apply for any available funding, obtain estimates, find an appropriate contractor and ensure that the job is completed satisfactorily. We also help people with disabilities live in their own home through practical assistance and advice concerning any adaptation needed.

The Agency is supported by the Government and we work with local authorities and other organisations to access funding and practical solutions to building repairs and maintenance problems.
