The Community Involvement Team will be working closely with both resident and staff to ensure we are offering residents a range of opportunities to get involved, and influence the work we do and the services we offer.
We are keen to engage with both residents and staff and to offer our support and expertise with the projects and initiatives you may be currently working on or are interested in setting up.
Additionally we will be working to increase Spirita’s presence in our local communities and to develop new and expand on those partnerships that already exist.
We will be using the Spirita newsletter to keep you updated on the work we are doing in partnership with residents and the impact it is making.
Resident Involvement is the responsibility of every member of Spirita’s staff and we will actively encouraging everyone to make a difference no matter how small.
