Gas servicing for homeowners
Every year, serious injuries and loss of life occur as a result of carbon monoxide poisoning from faulty gas appliances. Make sure you don't become a statistic by ensuring you get you gas boilers serviced on a regular basis.
What we're doing to help
Previous readers of Homematters – our regular leaseholders newsletter – may recall, we were looking into the possibility of offering leaseholders the opportunity to buy into our bulk contract for gas safety inspections. Over the last few months we have, been developing a proposal with EM Property Services Ltd, a subsidiary of Spirita.
EMPS can now carry out an annual gas service on any appliance at a rate of:
- 55 + VAT for a single appliance
- 75 + VAT for two appliances
- 15 + VAT for any additional appliance.
You might also be interested to know that regular servicing can prolong the life of your boiler, so you could also save money in the long run.
