Buying more of your home
Under the standard shared ownership lease, you are entitled to buy a larger share in your home. You can even staircase up to the full share so that your home belongs to you. Please note the staircasing procedure is set out in the shared-ownership lease. If you do not have a copy, your solicitor will be able to provide it.
